has 30, 50 and 100 amp power services
along with water, phone and wireless internet hookups. The marina offers a
pump-out service, laundry, large beautiful pool, and bathroom facilities. At
this marina you will find a diversity of people from people who own
corporations to people that have sailed around the world. We have families

Along the marina’s dock is a scenic walkway where you will find beautiful
residential condominiums and a commerce area with: You will find this liveaboard marina on a deep water canal on the north shore of the Caloosahatchee River just off Hancock Creek, mile marker 138.5 on the Okeechobee Waterway. The marina is about fifteen miles up-river from the Gulf of Mexico. The Marinatown marina channel markers 1 and 2 are about 50 yards to the northwest of the ICW marker number 52. The channel runs toward the north shore turns right along the shore line and back to the north as you enter the harbor. The channel shallows to about 5ft. at low tide, between markers 18 and 24. Be sure to maintain center channel particularly on the turns. The marina's depth runs 8 to15ft depending on the season and wind direction. This North Fort Myers marina is in biking and walking distance of grocery stores the Fort Myers bus routes and many of the major fast food restaurants. The marina is located across the river from historic downtown Fort Myers. Where there are many restaurants and historical sites to visit. Many festivals and other activities are frequently held at Centennial Park which is at the base of the south side of the bridge. It is about a five to ten minute dinghy ride from the marina. The marina is about twenty minutes driving time away from Southwest Florida International Airport and 15 minutes to 30 minutes from Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island.
